First of all, the coach was two hours late and nobody explained us why. Secondly, the hotel was not the one described in the brochure. Our room was dirty and the shower didn't work. Also, the guide was very rudely to several people in our group.
I am sure you will agree that this is not acceptable. I would be grateful if you could give me a full refund.
