will + verb

For the future.

They will play in two days.
He'll have chicken for dinner tomorrow.

will is the same for everybody, and the verb has no -s: she will ride, not will rides.

Negative

will not = won't + verb

Jennifer won't ride a horse next week.
We won't play on Sunday.

Not not ride and not won't rides.

Questions

Will + person + verb?

Will Bob play the drums next week?
– Yes, he will. / No, he won't.
