About this A2 grammar task
Seventeen Halloween sentences with a gap and a hint in brackets. Type the word the sentence needs: If it rains on Halloween, we (stay) inside, That was the (bad) Halloween party I have ever attended, Halloween is celebrated __ October 31st.
The set is deliberately mixed – ten sentences on verb forms, two on comparatives and superlatives, two on much and many, three on prepositions of time. It works as a round-up of A2 grammar rather than a drill on one rule.
