Descriptive Vocabulary Practice: Halloween Witches

Read the description, find the witch

“I am young. I am short and slim. I have got long straight ginger hair, big green eyes …” – four cartoon witches appear and the one the description fits has to be picked. Eighteen descriptions in all, and the witches come round again in new groups of four, so the details have to be read rather than guessed.

Everything a learner needs to describe a person is in here: age, height, build, hair length, hair shape, hair colour, eyes. Always with have got and always in the same order, which is the order to teach them in.
