What Am I? Christmas Quiz - Christmas Vocabulary Game

Each round gives a few simple clues and asks the same question: what am I? The answers are Christmas words, and the clues are short enough for beginners to hold.

A riddle is a definition read backwards, and that turns out to be a better vocabulary exercise than a definition read forwards. Here the clues are short and plain - what the thing looks like, where it is found, what people do with it - and the class has to arrive at the Christmas word behind them.

It reads as much as it listens, since the clues are on screen, which suits mixed groups where some students catch spoken English faster than written. Three and a half minutes, festive enough for the last lesson of term, and useful as a brain break at any point in December.
