My Best Friend – English Essay
I would like to tell you about my friend. Honestly, I have many friends—some are my classmates, and others live in my neighborhood.
But my best friend is Kate. She is my classmate. Kate is tall and slim, with long straight dark hair and blue eyes. She has a fair complexion and is a very pretty girl. She is polite, cheerful, and kind. Kate does well at school, and it seems that all subjects come easily to her. She always looks neat and is nicely dressed.
Kate is helpful and always ready to support others. She is the only child in her family, and her parents love her dearly. Despite that, she is not selfish. I enjoy spending time with her because we always have fun together. We often go for long walks and talk about different topics. Kate is witty, and she always makes me laugh.
She enjoys reading, and her favorite book is The Lord of the Rings. She also likes sports. We both enjoy listening to music, dancing, watching movies, and discussing them afterward. We often visit the cinema, cafés, concerts, and different events. I’m really happy to have such a wonderful friend.
