The Bait Game – Interactive Easter Guessing Challenge
Ooh, … might just work!
Oh, ...! Now we're talking!
I just can't say no to …!
No, I'm not big on …
....don't do much for me!
No way! I can't stand …!
Can you outsmart the fastest bunny in the world? In "The Bait Game,"
students practice their persuasion and deduction skills in this high-stakes
guessing challenge based on the "How to Catch" series.
How to Play:
The Bunny's Choice: One student pretends to be the Easter Bunny. They think of one secret bait (it could be a carrot, a jellybean, or something silly!) and keep it a total secret.
The Trap Setters: The other children have exactly 5 guesses to figure out what will work.
The Negotiation: Take turns asking politely: "Will carrots work for you?" or "Would you like some sparkly grass?"
This game is an excellent way to practice polite questioning,
turn-taking, and critical thinking. It’s a
favorite for "Morning Meetings" or as a transition activity during Easter week!
Key Skills: Social Communication (Pragmatics), Question Formation,
and Memory Skills.
