Show this suitcase image for one minute, then hide it. Ask students to list everything they remember. Great for memory, vocabulary, and a little competition!
Sound Stories: Imagine the Scene
Play different sounds — waves, cats, footsteps, wind. Students describe where they think they are and what’s happening. For example: “I hear thunder and rain — maybe I’m in a tent during a storm.”

Use this image pair. One object disappears between Image A and B. Who notices first? Students shout: “Oh no! I’ve forgotten my...”
Memory Chain: I'm Going to the Beach...
This classic chain game starts with “I’m going to the beach and I’m bringing a ball.” The next student repeats and adds. Great for improving short-term memory and language rhythm.
Storytelling with Summer Prompts
Distribute picture cards. One student begins a story using their card; each student continues the story using their own. Fun, creative, and flexible for any level.
Guess the Tune: Mini Radio Show
Play short parts of well-known songs. Students guess the song title, artist, or even country of origin. You can also let students choose the songs! Try this one: 🎵 Guess this song.
Summer Vlog Routine

Summer Bucket List
Students create their ultimate summer to-do list. “Go hiking”, “Try paddleboarding”, “Read a new book series”. Then compare and find common goals to discuss in groups or pairs.
Scavenger Hunt: Summer Explorer
Plan a themed scavenger hunt with summer items — sunglasses, shells, flip-flops, etc. It can be done in the classroom, online, or outside. Works great in teams or individually.
